Mayfly – Deep Sky Eyes (Mesh)

Mayfly has released the Deep Sky Eyes in 66 colors in regular textures and also in MESH!

When I first tried the demo I immediately felt in love with them! The textures are so realistic and so detailed.

The advantage of the new mesh eyes, besides the sharper and high detailed textures, is that you can use 1 different color for each eye (but you could do this already with prim eyes). But these eyes are scripted, allowing you to choose from 28 preset sizes that automatically adjust the eye position as you choose new sizes and also lets you choose from a range of iris size choices! It actually has two sizing options: pick iris sizes that are either proportioned like your regular eyes or larger, or sizes that are smaller than your usual Deep Sky Eye irises.

And because the mesh prim is a replica of the mesh eyeball already in your avatar’s head the eye texture wraps onto the mesh prim just like your avatar’s eye, and is going to look exactly like your regular eyes, which means it won’t pop-out in movement like some prim eyes do and it won’t be visible when you wear sunglasses!
